The president shall decide all questions of order, and the rules of order and parliamentary practice comprised in the current edition of "Robert's Rules Of Order Revised", shall govern the deliberations of the board of trustees in all cases to which they are applicable and in all cases in which they are not inconsistent with the rules of the board.
