3-17-4: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
   (A)   Compliance With State Regulations: Any such natatorium or swimming pool shall be conducted and maintained at all times in accordance with the regulations and sanitary requirements of the state department of health. (1965 Code, Sec. 47.05; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (B)   Sterilization Required: It shall be unlawful for any person conducting any such natatorium or swimming pool in the village to rent or give out for use or permit to be rented or given out for use, any bathing suit, dress, stockings, cap or any other article of clothing, or any towel, cloth or bath brush owned or controlled by such person, which has been worn or used by anyone until such article has been thoroughly cleansed and boiled in water for a period of not less than ten (10) minutes.    (C)   Attendants Required: Any person conducting any such natatorium or swimming pool shall have present thereat at all hours when it is open for the use of the public, at least one person skilled in swimming and diving and also trained in the giving of first aid for the resuscitation of persons who may be in need of such aid to act as a lifesaver; and it shall further be the duty of such person conducting such natatorium or swimming pool to keep ready for instant use such ropes, life preservers or other lifesaving apparatus as may be necessary for lifesaving at such natatorium or swimming pool. The qualifications of such lifesaver and the fitness of such lifesaving apparatus shall be determined by the health officer. (1965 Code, Sec. 47.06; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (D)   Operating Hours: The said natatorium or swimming pool shall not be operated between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. of the next day. (1965 Code, Sec. 47.07; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
