(A) Generally: The Village Manager shall revoke a permit for a violation of any of the regulations listed in this chapter. Immediately upon such revocation, written notice thereof shall be given by the Village Manager to the holder of the permit by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. Upon receipt of said notice of revocation, all solicitation activity shall cease. Any person who has had their solicitation permit revoked may appeal that revocation pursuant to section 3-16-5(C) of this code. (Ord. 2259, 11-16-1998; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004Ord. 4093, 3-21-2024)
