3-16-6: PERMIT EFFECTIVE PERIOD:

Each solicitation permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for a period of time set by the Village Manager but not to exceed ninety (90) consecutive calendar days. An expiration date shall be printed on the face of each solicitation permit. (Ord. 4093, 3-21-2024)
