3-16-2: CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in commercial solicitation within the corporate limits of the village unless such person shall have first obtained a certificate of registration from the village as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 2463, 8-25-2003; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
