3-15-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person, firm or corporation shall operate, maintain or conduct the business of a junk, secondhand, precious metals or antique dealer or keep any shop, store or place for the purchase of or for selling, bartering or exchanging junk, secondhand, precious metals or antique property within the village without first having obtained a license therefor.
