3-14-3: AUTHORITY FOR ISSUANCE:
The president and board of trustees shall have the authority to issue licenses for raffles within thirty (30) days after the completed application is filed with the village clerk. (Ord. 2411, 6-17-2002; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
