3-14-1: DEFINITIONS:

For the purpose of construing and applying this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them under sections 1 and 2(b) of the raffles act, 230 Illinois Compiled Statutes 15/1 et seq.:

Business

Charitable

Educational

Fraternal

Labor

Net proceeds

Nonprofit

Raffle

Religious

Veterans
