3-13-5: ENFORCEMENT; INSPECTION:
It shall be the duty of the village manager to see to the enforcement of this chapter and to cause such inspections to be made of the premises as may be necessary for this purpose. (1965 Code, Sec. 68.05; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
