3-13-3: ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:

It shall be unlawful to keep any such establishment open for business between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. unless there is an adult attendant in charge of the premises during such hours. (1965 Code, Sec. 68.03; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
