3-13-1: DEFINITIONS:

The term "laundromat" as used in this chapter shall mean any establishment in which coin operated facilities are available for washing clothes or for drying clothes or both, and which is open and available to the use of the general public. (1965 Code, Sec. 68.01; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
