1-5-9: MONEY COLLECTED; REPORTS:
Every officer or employee of the village who shall collect money belonging to the village shall each month or as otherwise provided by the president and board of trustees pay over to the village treasurer such money together with an itemized written report covering his collections for the next preceding month. (1965 Code §4.09)
