The application for a license to conduct the business of Christmas tree merchant shall state:
(A) Name and address of the person who proposes to conduct the sale;
(B) The location of the lot upon which the sale is to be conducted (a sworn statement from the owner of the premises stating that he consents to the use of the property for such sale);
(C) The legal description of the property to be used;
(D) The dates upon which the sale is to be conducted;
(E) Guaranty deposit provided in section 3-8-6 of this chapter. (1965 Code, Sec. 55.04; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
