Use of following streets shall be restricted to the vehicular traffic indicated. Nothing in this Section shall restrict the use of such streets by (1) police, fire, medical, or other emergency personnel, (2) personnel from the Village, County, State, or public utilities in the performance of their duties, or (3) guests or invitees of the persons indicated below.
BERKELEY ROAD, from Byrd Road east to far side of the first intersection being an alley running southerly from Berkeley Road and located west of Harlem Avenue), shall be restricted to the persons residing on (i) Berkeley Road, (ii) Byrd Road north of Longcommon Road, and (iii) the residents of the properties located at 2626 through 2634 S.
