Every elected village officer, member of the planning and zoning commission, members of the library board, any village officer or employee whose annual compensation is at a rate of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) or more, and all such other village officers or employees as may be hereinafter designated by statute, shall file a verified written statement of economic interests as provided by the Illinois governmental ethics act.
