(A) No person shall keep open or operate any bowling alley between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. (1965 Code, Sec. 53.07; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
(B) Except as provided otherwise in chapter 2 of this title, no bowling alley shall be conducted upon any premises where beer or other alcoholic liquor is sold or consumed. (Ord. 1802, 5-16-1988; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
