3-5-1: DEFINITION:
The words "bowling alley" wherever used in this chapter shall be held to include bowling alleys, pin and ball alleys, box ball alleys, skee ball alleys and all alleys of similar character. (1965 Code, Sec. 53.01; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
