(A) State Certificate Of Registration: No person shall establish, maintain, or operate a barbershop in the village without first having obtained a certificate of registration issued by the Illinois department of professional responsibility pursuant to the Illinois barber, cosmetology, esthetics, and nail technology act of 1985, 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 410/1-1 et seq.
(B) Village License: No person shall sell or hold for sale or resale at retail any products within a barbershop in the village without first having obtained a license therefor, which license must be renewed each year by payment of the annual license fee hereinafter provided. (Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
