3-2-17: STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS:

In addition to the requirements of this chapter, no person shall sell alcoholic liquor within the Village without complying with the provisions of the statutes of the State and of the United States, if any, with respect to such sale. (Ord. 1490, 1-18-1982)
