3-2-9: CLOSING HOURS:
   (A)   No alcoholic liquors shall be sold, given away, served, offered for sale in or consumed on any premises licensed under this chapter, except during the times hereinafter specified: (Ord. 2930, 11-3-2016)
Class A license
Between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on weekdays and Saturday and 12:00 noon and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. (Ord. 1692, 4-21-1986)
Class A-1 license
Between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on weekdays and Saturday and 12:00 noon and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. (Ord. 2299, 11-15-1999)
Class B-special license
Between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on weekdays and Saturday and 12:00 noon and 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.
Class C license
Between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on weekdays and 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 12:00 noon and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. (Ord. 1692, 4-21-1986)
Class D license
Between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on Monday through Thursday and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday and 12:00 noon and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. On January 1, 2000, the closing hours shall be 2:00 A.M. (Ord. 2294, 9-20-1999)
Class E and E-1 licenses
Between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 midnight Monday through Thursday; between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 A.M. on Friday; between 10:00 A.M. and 1:00 A.M. on Saturday; and between 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. On January 1, the closing hours shall be 2:00 A.M. (Ord. 2930, 11-3-2016)
Class P license
Between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on weekdays and 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 12:00 noon and 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. (Ord. 2778, 10-17-2011)
Class Q license
