(B) Daily And Special Permits: The fee for issuance of a daily permit or of a special (public building) permit shall be seventy five dollars ($75.00) to cover the cost of processing such a permit.
(C) Proration Of License Fee: When an application is made for a license for a period of less than the full license year, the fee shall be a prorated portion, as determined by the finance director, of the license fee provided in subsection (A) of this section.
