(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to own, use, possess or place any merchandise vending machine anywhere within the corporate boundaries of Riverside without having first obtained a license from the Village. Any vending machine containing and dispensing food products of any kind shall be subject to the regulations set forth in title 7 of this Code, in addition to the provisions of this title, and shall be located within a building.
(B) Any vending machine license shall be prominently displayed on the machine. (Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
