The commission, upon its appointment, shall meet and adopt rules of procedure for conducting its meetings and carrying out its activities in furtherance of the duties and purposes of the commission. The commission shall adopt a schedule of meetings and shall meet in accordance with such schedule and at all other times when called to meeting by the president and board of trustees, or by the chairperson of the commission, or by two (2) of its members. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Copies of the minutes of all meetings of the commission and other reports of its activities shall be furnished to the village board on a regular basis. (Ord. 2846, 1-16-2014)
