2-17-3: CHIEF OF POLICE; APPOINTMENT, TERM, REMOVAL:

The chief of police shall be appointed by the village manager, shall serve at the pleasure of the village manager and be subject to removal at any time by the village manager. (Ord. 2765, 4-4-2011; amd. Ord. 4062, 7-20-2023)
