2-13-6: REPORTS:
   (A)   Annual Report: The fire chief shall, at the first meeting of the president and board of trustees in May of each year, make a full and complete report concerning the state of the department of fire/rescue and emergency services for the preceding year, together with such statistics and suggestions in regard to the requirements of the department as the chief may deem advisable. The chief shall file this report with the village manager.
   (B)   Monthly Report: The fire chief shall, in each month, submit to the village manager a full and complete report of all operations, training, attendance, payroll, inspections, supplies and equipment required or received and all transactions in said department during the preceding month, together with recommendations he deems advisable to maintain the efficiency of the department.
