Members of the local Municipal Emergency Management Agency who are paid officers or employees of the Village, if called for training by the State Director of Emergency Management Agency, shall receive for time spent in such training the same rate of pay as is attached to the position held in the Village. Members who are not officers or employees of the Village shall receive for such training time such compensation as may be established by the Board of Trustees.
