(A) Right Of Entry: The Village Manager and his duly authorized inspectors and agents shall have the right to enter any building, whether completed or in process of construction, alteration or repair for the purpose of determining whether the same is being constructed, altered or repaired or used in accordance with the ordinances of the Village. (B) Stop Orders: The Village Manager and his duly authorized inspectors shall have power to stop work on any building, structure or appurtenance thereto when such work is being done without a permit or is being done in violation of any provision of any Village ordinance or of any order of the Board of Trustees. (C) Revocation Of Permits: The Village Manager, with the approval of the Village President, may revoke the permit for the erection, alteration, repair or demolition of any building, structure or appurtenance thereto if the owner or other person in possession or charge of the same shall refuse to comply with the conditions of any stop order.
