2-1-5: COMPENSATION; REMOVAL FROM OFFICE; OATH:
   (A)   Compensation: Members of boards, commissions and committees shall serve without compensation. (1965 Code §18.03)
   (B)   Removal From Office: The President and Board of Trustees may remove from office any member of any board, commission or committee, at any time, for cause after a public hearing. (1965 Code §18.04)
   (C)   Oath Of Office; Commission: Each member of a board, commission or committee, except members of the Emergency Management Services and Disaster Agency, shall, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe to oath of office provided for Village officers provided in title 1, chapter 5 of this Code. All members of the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency shall subscribe to the oath prescribed in section 2-10-5 of this title. Each member shall be commissioned by a warrant signed by the President and attested by the Clerk under the Corporate Seal, in the form provided in title 1, chapter 5 of this Code.
