§ 31.51 WEB MANAGER.
   (A)   Creation of position. The Legislative Authority does hereby establish the position of Web Manager. The Web Manager shall manage and administer the activities of the village to provide public information electronically to its residents and others concerning the village and its government, except that the Web Manager shall have no responsibility to perform any duties assigned to the Clerk-Treasurer pursuant to law. The Web Manager shall hold such position pursuant to a contract for the services to be provided, as authorized from time to time by resolution of the Legislative Authority.
   (B)   Selection of Web Manager. The Mayor, with the approval of the Legislative Authority, shall appoint the Web Manager. Such appointment shall be for a stated period of time of not more than two years.
   (C)   Duties of Web Manager and compensation. The Legislative Authority, by resolution, shall establish the duties to be performed by the Web Manager and the compensation for the performance of such duties from time to time. The services and compensation of the Web Manager shall be provided only pursuant to a contract, as the Legislative Authority may authorize by resolution and to which the Web Manager may agree.
