§ 93.45 COST PAYMENT; UNPAID COSTS A LIEN.
   (A)   The owner or other responsible person may pay the charges enumerated in § 93.44 to the Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days of the mailing of the statement of costs without further action by the village. Any payment so received shall be restored to the general fund, or if Council has established a separate fund, to such fund.
   (B)   If the charges set forth in § 93.44 are not paid in full within 30 days, the Clerk-Treasurer shall certify to the Franklin County Auditor the proceedings taken under this subchapter, together with a statement of the costs described in § 93.44 and a legal description of the premises. Such amounts still owing to the village after the passage of 30 days from the sending of the statement of costs shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and shall be a lien upon such lands from the date of entry, and shall be collected as other taxes and returned to the general fund as provided by R.C. § 731.54.
