§ 93.44 STATEMENT OF COST CHARGED TO OWNER.
   When the Mayor or Mayor's representative causes land to be cleared as provided in § 93.43, a statement of cost thereof shall be mailed to the owner of such property by ordinary mail. The minimum fee to be charged shall in no case be less than $50.
