5-2-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate a barber shop, beauty parlor or physio-therapeutic establishment without having obtained a license therefor. Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Clerk in writing and shall state therein the number of chairs to be used in the establishment.
