3-1-13: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction, such person shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each separate day a holder of a business license violates any provision of this chapter shall be a separate violation. (1985 Code § 11-1-21)
