3-12-19: TIME OF DAY RESTRICTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed or not, to solicit at a residence before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. local time, unless the solicitor has express written prior permission from the resident to do otherwise. (Ord. 960, 11- 1-2022)
