The License Officer shall maintain and make available for public inspection a copy or record of every complete application received, and the certificate or written denial issued by the City. Each applicant's BCI background check shall remain a confidential, protected, private record not available for public inspection unless otherwise required by state or federal Law. The License Officer may furnish to the head of the City's Law enforcement agency a list of all applicants, those denied, and those issued a certificate. (Ord. 960, 11-1-2022)
