The License Officer shall not begin the registration process unless the applicant has submitted a complete application. The original identification submitted to establish proof of identity shall be returned after the License Officer verifies the applicant's identity. The License Officer may retain a copy of the identification. If an original BCI background check is submitted by the applicant, the License Officer shall make a copy of the BCI and return the original to the applicant. (Ord. 960, 11-1-2022)
