2-3-6: RULES OF PROCEDURE AND CONDUCT:
The planning commission may adopt rules governing their procedures and conduct; provided that any such rules shall not be inconsistent with any governing law or ordinance. Should any provision of such rules conflict with any law or ordinance, that provision shall not be enforceable, but such conflict shall not affect the validity of the remaining rules.
