1-10-2-3: EFFECTIVE DATE:
The municipal energy sales and use tax shall become effective on and after January 1, 2022
   A.   The tax shall be calculated on the delivered value of the taxable energy to the consumer.
   B.   The tax shall be in addition to any sales or use tax on taxable energy imposed by the city authorized by Title 59. Chapter 12. Utah Code, Sales and Use Tax Act. (Ord. 941, 12-7-2021)
