11-2-1: GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM RIGHTS OF WAY ORDINANCE:
The city has adopted in title 7, chapter 4 of this code, the standard that a permit is required as the basis for issuance of a gas line and established the authority to direct the relocation of structures in public rights of way. (Ord. 853, 5-6-2014)
