         This code of the City of Riverdale, as supplemented, contains legislation up to and including Ord. 974, passed November 7, 2023, and Res. 2023-37, passed December 5, 2023. Legislation of the City adopted after said legislation supersede the provisions of this code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
