The wastewater control rules and regulations for the Central Weber sewer improvement district, dated June 1, 1991, together with any addendums or attachments thereto, a copy of which rules and regulations is attached to the ordinance codified herein and on file in the city office, are hereby adopted and made part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. All prior ordinances or rules and regulations previously adopted by the city council which are in conflict with the wastewater control rules and regulations for the Central Weber sewer improvement district adopted herein are hereby repealed.
