A person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a fixed penalty has not been designated shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof can be fined in an amount not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or be both so fined and imprisoned. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as to limit city employees or other authorized persons from performing their official or city authorized duties. (Ord. 783, 3-15-2011)
