As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
MOTOR ASSISTED SCOOTER: A self-propelled device with at least two (2) wheels in contact with the ground, a braking system capable of stopping the unit under typical operating conditions, a gas or electric motor not exceeding forty (40) cubic centimeters, a deck designed for a person to stand while operating the device, and the ability to be propelled by human power alone.
PUBLIC PARK: Any real property owned or operated by the city of Riverdale for any recreation purpose. (1985 Code § 12-2-1; amd. 2001 Code)
