4-4-2: CONTRACT AUTHORIZED:
The city council shall have the power at any time it may deem advisable to contract with any person, firm or corporation for the hauling and disposal of refuse, rubbish, recyclable and similar wastes from residential property. (Ord. 796, 10-4-2011)
