The city adopts the county and municipal fireworks act, Utah Code Annotated section 11-3-1 et seq., the definitions contained in the Utah fire prevention and fireworks act, Utah Code Annotated section 53-7-202, the Utah fireworks act, Utah Code Annotated section 53-7-220 et seq., and the department of public safety, state fire marshal rules pursuant to the Utah fireworks act, chapter 33 of the international fire code regulating fireworks and R710-2 et seq., all as amended periodically, as though set forth in their entirety. If any provision of this chapter conflicts with those state laws and rules, the state laws and rules shall control. (Ord. 810, 7-17-2012)
