4-1-2: FIRE CHIEF; SUPERVISION OVER FIRE DEPARTMENT:
The fire chief shall have control of the fire department, emergency medical service, all fire apparatus, and all emergency medical apparatus belonging to the city. (Ord. 810, 7-17-2012)
