Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to penalties in accordance with the Utah state code which may include fines or imprisonment or both. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed. (Ord. 855, 5-6-2014)
