3-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1985 Code § 17-1-5; amd. 2001 Code)
