3-2-15: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day of any continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 905, 1-15-2019)
