3-2-9: LOCAL CONSENT:

The granting of any alcohol license pursuant to this chapter shall first obtain the local consent of the City as required by Utah Code Annotated section 11-10 et al. Upon acquiring local consent from the City, the licensee shall complete all application requirements set forth by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. (Ord. 905, 1-15-2019)
